A Personal Letter to the Only Strong Suspect of the Impersonation and Fraudulent Acts

 

To Whom It May Concern,

 

I trust that you, your family, and your friends are all healthy and well.

 

Since we met for a three-week period in 2017, your orchestration of cyber harassment, hacking, humiliation, and impersonation directed toward myself and my studio across the internet has not stopped hence I am writing this personal letter to you.

 

I am truly sorry for any third parties you had to fly back home to engage in your motherland and I understand they are innocent and have nothing to do with this personal matter. If anyone has been drawn into this situation, I sincerely apologize for their involvement.

 

When you became a client and arrived at the studio in 2017, I genuinely believed we had formed a good friendship/working relationship based on how you initially acted and treated me.

 

Believing all the false stories you shared with me about yourself, how you claimed independently earned success by investing an initial $200,000 and turning it into $12 million, which you presented as the basis for your luxury homes and vehicles, I could not for a second think they were all lies.

 

Turned out, after you suddenly disappeared, I gradually came to realize that much of what you told me was not true. During the short three-week period in 2017 when we met for sessions to progress on the art project, you also hosted and invited me to multiple dinners. During that time, I experienced heavy amount of discomfort and I've been left unsure about the intent behind them, although my presumptions could be correct. But why, was it to assert control and maintain a sense of dominance? Why?

 

Back then, perhaps I was more naïve and unaware of who you truly were as a person, what you meant by “make me look good to my friends,” and why you repeatedly invited me to events that were unrelated to what we had initially agreed to or the reason we met. I also recall you saying, “I like pissing people off,” and “I am Satan’s kid.” Why? I was left wondering what led you to express yourself in that way. I also don't understand the triple six tattoo on the back of your neck, which you have had since a young age, and what those meaningless digits represents to you.

 

Now, after all these years, I understand more clearly, based on what I keep observing online. Unlike you, I place my faith in Jesus Christ and God.

 

It is probably my fault that:

1. I accepted you as a client in 2017

2. I believed all the false stories you told me

3. I misunderstood the independent success you claimed, while you presented homes, luxury vehicles, and other assets that were in fact from your parents

4. I shared genuine friendship and emotion without fully understanding who you were

5. After you suddenly disappeared in 2017, I continued to follow up professionally for years, not realizing you may have been taking advantage of my seriousness toward the project

6. I opened up to you more personally, believing you were a friend

7. I ultimately did not allow myself to be manipulated, contrary to your intentions

8. I realized the business you proposed was not legitimate or appropriate

9. I did not recognize early enough that the stories and presentations you made were used to involve others in questionable matters while you remained indirectly involved

10. I initially believed the hacking and impersonation would stop over time, and therefore remained silent while reporting your floating, broken, and compromised links containing the “Sekaino Ink” and “Horisekai” keywords to Google administrators from time to time. Over the past 6.5 years, these have been reviewed and removed on a regular basis. In total, I estimate nearly twenty thousand instances of manipulated or injected links over this period. Most evidence, including screenshots and records, has been collected and preserved, along with information received from individuals connected to you

11. However, even today (August 20th, 2023), the activity continues, and I continue to observe new instances appearing in search results for “Sekaino Ink” and “Horisekai.” After 6.5 years, I am asking you directly: what is it that you are trying to achieve?

 

Presumably, you are driving these illegal orchestrations by the following factors:

1. You are embarassed over your own actions, hype, lies and statements from 2017

2. You fabricated and made a non-existent issue out of this personal matter which you created, as a method of gaining influence, control and power for your personal advantage in your home country (i.e. entertainment, wrong justification, team creation)

3. You already started these cyber orchestrations years ago, and because of that you would like to keep proving to whoever, whatever it is the point may be, which you may not even know yourself (i.e. a clear objective)

4. Something still bothers you before you sleep at night

5. As you said, “just cus" (yet, I am still not accusing anyone of being a malignant narcissist here)

 

Please note that due to the unreachable, ongoing nature of these online cyber attacks and harassment originating overseas in your motherland, I have established a few communication channels with a few government entities, including those in China, Canada, and the United States.

 

All current and future online activity directed toward myself and the studio is being and will continue to be reported from time to time.

 

Unlike you, I am not a person seeking power. I do not make new friends through fabricated stories or manufactured/instant hype. I also do not fully understand what “power” means. I am simply an individual who creates art with a pair of my two hands.

 

I still wish you well, and I trust you are healthy. If there is anything you would like from me, I can do for you, or anything you wish to communicate, please submit a request through the contact page using your real name and phone number. Your request will be highly taken into consideration.

Through this letter, and in good faith, I am willing to offer at no cost the completion of the remaining 90% of the work we began in 2017, as that was the original purpose of our meeting, regardless of everything that has occurred since.

 

To proceed, once I receive a direct inquiry from you with your verified name and phone number, I will arrange a private one-on-one meeting to complete the artwork, without any external circulation of information.

 

Therefore, I trust that any misunderstandings will now be clarified. I also hope that any ongoing cyber harassment, impersonation, and hacking activities from your motherland, whether conducted directly or through others will cease.
